I am a career coach, entrepreneur, fierce woman, sister, daughter, leader, ex-people pleaser, and above all: life lover.
About me in 10 seconds
I am an amateur sourdough baker, long-distance cyclist, yogi, life partner, Manifestor, Cancer rising, Dutchie by blood, half-American through love, and a proud feminist. I am incredibly curious and very rational with a beautiful dose of spirituality and intuition. I see the opportunity where others see a roadblock.
And most of all - I want you to have a career that feels even better than it looks.
The slightly longer version
I was young when I decided that life is too precious to spend it waiting for better days (or retirement).
I got clear, curious, and courageous about my dreams.
But that wasn't always the case.
I started my career thinking I wanted to be a big CEO of a multinational. 30 under 30, Forbes 500, I wanted to be on the "You Made It" lists.
It took a near burnout at 22 years old in my successful innovation management role to realize that this was not the life I was meant to live. I knew in my bones that there was more out there for me. More freedom to make my work schedule fit my life, time to savour my lunch and take long walks, and impact to be made through my work.
I had to get clear, curious, and courageous about what I wanted.
- The multinational was not it.
The moment I started taking action towards my true desires was when I quit my job and got on my bike to ride 2000+ miles across Europe. That was the summer I launched my business with zero guarantees of success and infinite drive and potential.
I was told to be crazy, leaving behind a job that could have taken me sky high up the corporate ladder.
But that was not my idea of a great career. I wanted to feel blissfully tired at the end of a workday, not exhausted from back to back Zoom meetings.
I wanted to have time to be present and enjoy every bit of the heartwarming and soul twisting experience that life is. I wanted to stop trying to squeeze life in 15 minutes of calendar whitespace.
I decided to listen to myself, my passion, my intuition, and do the scary things I had never done before. It took me to working with dozens of incredible women who have taken their lives and careers into their own hands.
I've supported my clients through career changes, promotions, job hunts, and business launches.
I've cheered them on as they overcame their fears and took control of their work life balance.
It is an honor to support you - and to watch little girls follow in our steps with more ease, more confidence, and more courage to live life on their terms.
It is my mission to help people like you and me, all over this world, to build careers that matter and lives that feel healthy & joyful.
