What is coaching with you like?
Every coach has their own style. Coaching with me is always focussed on you and your wants and needs. I bring to the table whatever is needed to help you realize your goals. This means we balance masculine and feminine energy during our sessions, tuning into your intuition, gut feeling, but also the logical and practical side of things. I will cheer you on, challenge you, support you no matter what, and shine a light on beliefs and patterns that have gone unnoticed. I'm not afraid to go deep and always respectful of your boundaries. Generally, our sessions are 70% coaching (you have the answer within you and I help you find it) and 30% mentoring (I share my insights, tools, and suggestions on how to overcome a challenge). Gosh, I can't wait for you to experience this first hand.

What is your favourite book?
Wild by Cheryl Strayed. Let me quote my favorite part:

I feel that on so many different levels.

I help you get to clarity - not by leading or assuming, but through curiosity. I know in my bones that you have all the answers within you already. I'm here to help you unleash them.
What is the bravest thing you've ever done?
At the end of my life, I desire to be most proud of the courageous way I've lived my life, putting myself first so I can enjoy life to the fullest whilst serving the people I love.
A few things that come to mind:

Quitting an unfulfilling yet very successful job to launch my business without a backup plan and zero guarantees of success.

Riding my bike from Amsterdam to Porto (2000+ miles) with absolutely no plan whatsoever.

Hiking for 3 weeks up to 17,769 feet through the Nepali Himalayas at 18 years old with my boyfriend at that time (and shit gear). Note to self: fake North Face is NOT the same as real North Face.

Choosing to go all in on my love who lives an ocean away.

Allowing myself to listen to my body, live in harmony with my menstrual cycle, and prioritize rest - whilst hustle culture tells me I'm weak/unworthy/unproductive.
Sometimes the bravest, strongest thing we can do is to be soft with ourselves.
Which artist was in your Spotify wrapped last year?
T. Swizzle.
I am a proud Swifty since the age of 12 (I found the music video of Love Story on YouTube and mini-me was hooked). I look up to Taylor Swift and her brand for many reasons, but here are my 2 favorite reasons: she uses her influence to support other women, battle sexism, and fight sexual harassment (here), and she shows fierce confidence and joy for life that I love to see here.
